All Andarvi content, features, and functionality are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without our permission.

You retain ownership of your travel content, photos, and stories, but grant us a license to display and share them within the Andarvi community.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.

We provide Andarvi "as-is" and disclaim all warranties. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Your use is at your own risk.

You agree to hold Andarvi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses related to your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration when possible.
